Leonard DeLuca, Before becoming a business consultant, Leonard was CEO of several companies; First a manufacturer of products for overseas export to China and Europe; then as CEO for a health rehab facility.  Leonard has extensive expertise in management and negotiations.  He received his undergrad degree from CMU, a master’s degree from Rutgers University and a PhD from Columbia University.
